Ethical guidelines for suppliers

AMS expects all our suppliers to adhere to the company's supplier guidelines. This includes:

  1. Compliance with laws and regulations: Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable laws, regulations and standards in all jurisdictions in which they operate.

  2. Human rights: Suppliers shall respect and promote human rights in their operations and supply chains. This includes avoiding the use of forced labor, child labor, discrimination and respecting the rights of workers.

  3. Working conditions: Suppliers should ensure safe and healthy working conditions for their employees. This may include reasonable working hours, competitive wages, protection from harassment and access to health and safety standards.

  4. Environmental responsibility: Suppliers should follow sustainable practices and minimize their impact on the environment. This can include reducing waste and emissions, using renewable resources and implementing energy-efficient solutions.

  5. Ethical business practices: Suppliers are expected to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty in all their operations. This includes avoiding corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest and unfair competition.

  6. Privacy protection: Suppliers should handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and respect customers' privacy rights.

  7. Social responsibility: Suppliers should contribute to social and community development initiatives in a positive way and support the local communities in which they operate.
