Health
AMS aims to be a health-promoting workplace that focuses on how to organize work, create a working environment and a social culture that promotes good health and development for all employees. It is therefore gratifying that we have a low sickness absence rate of between two and three percent, and that those who work for us stay with us for a long time.
Safety and security
AMS has a strong focus on preventive measures against injuries to people, equipment and property. All employees have safety as the first priority in all tasks. Our safety measures cover production, products and services, and we have made significant investments in premises, protective equipment and workplace facilities.
Environment
AMS is committed to continuously improving our environmental performance, and our environmental management system is an integral part of our quality and HSE system. In concrete terms, this means that we have a significant focus on energy consumption, waste management, correct products, handling of chemicals and prevention of pollution.
Quality
For us, quality is about delivering the right product at the right time in a safe and efficient manner - something we commit to in every assignment. We have detailed production routines that ensure the quality of the finished product, and all our deliveries include all necessary documentation and required certificates.
